At Sorelle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested unless they are defective.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
